The SBD Powerlifting Knee Sleeves are designed for competitive powerlifters looking for the maximum support from their sleeves.

They allow for significantly greater compression throughout knee flexion to maximize support and confidence during maximal attempts, increasing top end performance.

  • Sold as a pair.
  • IPF approved and USAPL and IWF compliant with the maximum allowable 30cm length.
  • High grade, high density 7mm neoprene offers maximal compression and surface contact area throughout knee flexion.
  • Enhanced four-way stretch allows the neoprene to stretch during fitting and maintain compression all around the knee joint throughout the lift with no gapping.
  • Heavyweight linings, edging and seams designed to hold up to even the most aggressive fitting.
  • Antimicrobial treatment minimizes the build up in bacteria and reduces odor.
  • Patented design.
  • Manufactured in Great Britain.

Measure the circumference of your knee joint with your leg out straight, keeping your muscles relaxed.

Measure around the center of your kneecap (at the patella), and around the thickest part of your calf. If your calf is more than 1.6in larger than your knee, then you may wish to size up to ensure a good fit.

If you are new to wearing knee sleeves we recommend going with the recommended fit instead of sizing down, especially if you fall on size medium or smaller.

We recommend hand washing your knee sleeves with water or a mild detergent (or a specialist neoprene/wetsuit detergent), then allow the sleeves to air dry standing up.

The spin cycle of a washing machine can damage the sleeve, as the knee sleeves become quite bulky when wet and can potentially get caught up or damaged by wringing. High heat from a washing machine or a dryer will degrade the rubber in the sleeves (potentially causing shrinkage or brittleness).

Great

Ordered a size M and were too tight. Sent them back and swapped with Large without issue. Good customer service and the sleeves are great

A great knee sleeve

They run small so be sure to size up one size than you normally buy. I am a 5’8”-120kg lifter and I need an XL which is extremely tight. They are not like the Stiff Inzer sleeves but they really hug every part of the knee. Definitely a little more supportive and will give you confidence to hit a PR.

Been a dream to have these

Only if words could justify the beauty these are. Not to spread fake info but if you are one of those that feel safe when theres someone behind you to spot you? Then these sleeves are like that buddy which holds your knee and gives the Sprint Off action that one needs at that 1RM squat lifts.
Putting them on is a forearm workout by itself but its worth the effort🙏🏼🤤

Absolutely amazing!

I own EVERYTHING SBD from the shirts, singlets, wraps, belt, the slogan banner and more! I have never been disappointed by any item so far. I am a competitive powerlifter in multiple federations and SBD stuff will ALWAYS be legal whether it's IPF, USAPL etc. Ok, now to the review.

I measure almost 14in at the knees and the medium sized sleeves for both are perfect..I rub a smidge of baby powder on my shins first to make for easier on and off during training only. Read the instructions on how to put these on. They must be folded in half first before pulling up. Both fit snug but the competition ones are better at form fitting.

When I squatted with the old 7mm ones they would bunch up a little in spots and that's bad for creating tension to help you spring out of the hole. They still help a lot but there was room for improvement during maximal efforts... The NEW ones stay snug and much tighter through out the entire range of motion. They arrived 1 day late for me to use in competition but for my first training session after my meet I set a PR of 10 lbs squatting just adding these to my legs vs the old ones.

New ones are tighter and are better for when you're at 80% 1rm or higher. It appears that's what they were designed for and it's a homerun! For most volume trainings I'll continue to use the older ones and I plan on using these for realization week, 1 RM testing and just the biggest efforts. They are very tough!
